From the moment I called the funeral home, I felt confident they would handle everything. Erinn provided all the information we needed and guided us through the entire process. He went above and beyond by helping me find a keepsake urn for one side of the family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but they made it so we didn’t have to worry about a thing and accommodated all of our requests. They kept us updated every step of the way, from picking up my brother at the hospital to delivering his remains.

From the moment that we stepped in The funeral Director, who took care of us was an amazing person, her concern and thoughts for us and for our dear Natividad Diaz mom was her main priority. She went above and beyond the call of her duties. I’ve never seen anyone take on such responsibilities like she did also I want to add Sandy she was fantastic. She also went out of her way to show such compassion for us. She hold our hands hugged us, cried with us. I’ve never seen such compassion and love. They are wonderful. They work things out so well that I know that Mom would be so happy no wonder she picked your place. She knew in her heart that you all would take care of her and her family. It has been 6 years since I lost my 8 yr old daughter. However, I still felt the need to leave a review when I came across this pin in my history on maps. The reason is because the people here are absolutely amazing! The all around kindness was evident. Even though no one ever wants to need a funeral home the fact is we do and I couldn't have been more pleased with a place at the time of the absolute worst moments of my life thus far than I was with McDonald's Funeral home. They even brought me my daughters ashes in a temporary container until the urn was ready because they could sense I was distraught by the possible wait of a day or 2. Again, VERY AMAZING AND KIND. MacDonald's recently helped us say farewell to my mother. I started working with Lowell and his team back in January. As time passed and the end neared, Lowell and Ron were patient, understanding and absolutely wonderful. Their facility is cozy and puts you at ease; you feel like you are home. The team did an amazing job capturing Mom's essence and our visitation pleasant. They are prompt, courteous and most of all, offer services that are affordable. From the moment that I walked into the door to discuss my mom's burial, until my mother was laid to rest, I felt at ease and at peace with how everything was handled.
