Lowell MacDonald is the sweetest person I know in this business! He went out of his way to make sure my Dad had the best funeral he could have! Everyone was so touched with the whole service and we couldn't be more pleased with all this virus stuff rules and still got to give him what he deserved as a Navy Vet. This was my first experience losing a loved one and Mr. MacDonald and his staff truly made it a smooth and everlasting memory. Mr. MacDonald listened to the details of my sister's life and turned her memorial service into a beautiful day. His kindness and consideration knew no bounds and his attention to detail, even down to my sister's favorite color being a theme at the service, was impeccable. I am so thankful to Mr. MacDonald for all the little things he did that made the celebration of her life special, and I am also very grateful for all the BIG things he did, handling all the state paperwork, that made it as easy a process as possible. Lowell MacDonald has been there for my wife and I three times in the past decade. He is not only compassionate, but knowledgeable and makes things just a bit easier knowing you have him to rely on. If I could give six stars I would.
