Mr. MacDonald and his staff were exemplary. From the moment that I walked into the door to discuss my mom's burial, until my mother was laid to rest, I felt at ease and at peace with how everything was handled. Mr. MacDonald made certain that everything was seamless for me and my family, assisting with cemetery arrangements, death certificates and even the grave marker. I wish I could put into words how professional MacDonald funeral home truly was....

Lowell and staff at MacDonald Funeral Home handled my mother's remains and helped with the funeral arrangements at Florida National Cemetary. My family and I have been involved in the arrangements of other funerals in Tampa and Orlando, most notably my father in Tampa. MacDonald though a humble family operation (they are always better) blows away all the other funeral homes in Tampa and Orlando combined. They are respectful, first class and Lowell handled things that my sister and i had to handle for my father's funeral (the military aspect) that I just couldnt seem to do this time around. Thanks Lowell and Staff. It is very important to have caring people at that moment in time. You can count on MacDonald!

It has been 6 years since I lost my 8 yr old daughter. However, I still felt the need to leave a review when I came across this pin in my history on maps. The reason is because the people here are absolutely amazing! The all around kindness was evident. Even though no one ever wants to need a funeral home the fact is we do and I couldn't have been more pleased with a place at the time of the absolute worst moments of my life thus far than I was with McDonald's Funeral home. They even brought me my daughters ashes in a temporary container until the urn was ready because they could sense I was distraught by the possible wait of a day or 2. Again, VERY AMAZING AND KIND. THANK YOU

My family and I experienced an unimaginable loss and Ron and Mr. Mcdonald went above and beyond. In the hardest parts of this situation they always did they're best to make sure all went smooth on their end. I'm truly greatful for the help they provided to our family in getting us through this death. Its hard losing anyone but working with this great funeral home made the stress of it a bit less. My family and I thank you dearly!
