My family and I experienced an unimaginable loss and Ron and Mr. Mcdonald went above and beyond. In the hardest parts of this situation they always did they're best to make sure all went smooth on their end. I'm truly greatful for the help they provided to our family in getting us through this death. Its hard losing anyone but working with this great funeral home made the stress of it a bit less. My family and I thank you dearly!

This has been just an awful ordeal and there's no right place to begin. I have called and been told the person I need to speak to isn't there and that I would get a call back. That never came. I e-mailed and got no response. As the person listed to make arrangements for my deceased relative, I was NOT contacted! She has specifically chosen me to be in charge of services as her mentally ill son could not be trusted. After coming down with covid and having to isolate, friends and family were kept out of the loop completely. It was not until a GOOGLE search that we discovered my grandmother had not only passed but that her service had come and gone with MacDonald. Can you imagine how horrific it is learn your last grandparent, whom you are close to, has died and you did not get to give her the service she desired? It was only then that I and a friend had to notify everyone that the service was done without any knowledge and my poor grandmother didn't have family and friends at her graveside. This has been awful and there has been no closure for her family and friends.

Lowell MacDonald is the sweetest person I know in this business! He went out of his way to make sure my Dad had the best funeral he could have! Everyone was so touched with the whole service and we couldn't be more pleased with all this virus stuff rules and still got to give him what he deserved as a Navy Vet. Thanks so very much to the whole MacDonald staff!

I just want to thank the wonderful staff who went above and beyond for my father during the loss of his mother. The staff not only observed but noticed the mistreatment my father was getting from his own family. I cannot express my gratitude and what they did for my father by providing a designated time for him and his mother. So he could say his last goodbye and spend time with her. Thank you all for everything you all have done during this time. Words cannot express my gratitude for going above and beyond for my father. Thank you.
