From the moment that I walked into the door to discuss my mom's burial, until my mother was laid to rest, I felt at ease and at peace with how everything was handled. Mr. MacDonald made certain that everything was seamless for me and my family, assisting with cemetery arrangements, death certificates and even the grave marker. From the moment that we stepped in The funeral Director, who took care of us was an amazing person, her concern and thoughts for us and for our dear Natividad Diaz mom was her main priority. She went above and beyond the call of her duties. I’ve never seen anyone take on such responsibilities like she did also I want to add Sandy she was fantastic. She also went out of her way to show such compassion for us. She hold our hands hugged us, cried with us. I’ve never seen such compassion and love. They are wonderful. They work things out so well that I know that Mom would be so happy no wonder she picked your place. She knew in her heart that you all would take care of her and her family. Thank you for having such wonderful people working and willing to extend their hearts, their love, their compassion their wisdom during the most difficult time of our life. you all made a wonderful choice in selecting such wonderful people to protect the lost during such difficult days and I can’t thank you enough.
