This has been just an awful ordeal and there's no right place to begin. I have called and been told the person I need to speak to isn't there and that I would get a call back. That never came. I e-mailed and got no response. As the person listed to make arrangements for my deceased relative, I was NOT contacted! She has specifically chosen me to be in charge of services as her mentally ill son could not be trusted. After coming down with covid and having to isolate, friends and family were kept out of the loop completely. It was not until a GOOGLE search that we discovered my grandmother had not only passed but that her service had come and gone with MacDonald. Can you imagine how horrific it is learn your last grandparent, whom you are close to, has died and you did not get to give her the service she desired? It was only then that I and a friend had to notify everyone that the service was done without any knowledge and my poor grandmother didn't have family and friends at her graveside. This has been awful and there has been no closure for her family and friends.
