Lowell and staff at MacDonald Funeral Home handled my mother's remains and helped with the funeral arrangements at Florida National Cemetary. My family and I have been involved in the arrangements of other funerals in Tampa and Orlando, most notably my father in Tampa. MacDonald though a humble family operation (they are always better) blows away all the other funeral homes in Tampa and Orlando combined. They are respectful, first class and Lowell handled things that my sister and i had to handle for my father's funeral (the military aspect) that I just couldnt seem to do this time around. Thanks Lowell and Staff. It is very important to have caring people at that moment in time. You can count on MacDonald!

MacDonald's recently helped us say farewell to my mother. I started working with Lowell and his team back in January. As time passed and the end neared, Lowell and Ron were patient, understanding and absolutely wonderful. Their facility is cozy and puts you at ease; you feel like you are home. The team did an amazing job capturing Mom's essence and our visitation pleasant. They are prompt, courteous and most of all, offer services that are affordable. If you ask for something they've never done, they are open and help make it happen! I highly recommend MacDonald for help handling the most unbearable moment in your life.

My 29 year-old son unexpectedly lost his battle with muscular dystrophy and March. I did not have any arrangements made so a friend from out of state made calls to all the facilities in the area in an effort to locate the best one for me. After making numerous calls and talking about it she said that MacDonald seemed to have the best price for what I was looking for - which was just straight cremation with no services, per my son's wishes - as well as the best customer service. Despite living in Pasco County and there being many facilities closer, I made the choice to go there and I was absolutely not disappointed with my decision! I cannot say enough positive things about McDonald and most especially Ron. He handled everything from beginning to end with kindness, compassion and patience. I would highly recommend MacDonald to anyone in the Tampa Bay area in need of funeral or creamation services.
